Montlake Residence

A new residence in an old and established neighborhood in Seattle. With the vegetation now grown, the facade is barely visible from the street. A sheltered, bamboo-forested entry walk leads into a large open living area that maximizes the available light. Patios open off the living room to the south and the kitchen to the north. Fir, maple and cherry woods are complimented by accented walls of colored plaster to create a quiet, elegant interior.

The house was featured in the Seattle Times Magazine.
